Refund Policy

1. How Your Subscription Works
- NolaBloom starts with a 3-day trial at $9.99 USD.
- Unless you cancel before the end of the 3-day trial, your subscription automatically continues at $19.99 USD per month, billed automatically until you cancel.
- There is no minimum commitment — you can cancel at any time, and cancellation prevents future charges.
2. General Refund Policy (Customers outside the EU/UK)
- The $9.99 trial fee is non-refundable.
- If you are charged the first full monthly amount ($19.99) and are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 7 days of that charge by contacting support@nolabloom.com. Requests made after this window will not be granted.
- All charges after the first full monthly payment are final and non-refundable, including for partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated content.
- Cancelling stops future charges but does not retroactively refund past charges, except as described above.
3. EU/UK Customers — Statutory Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
If you are a consumer located in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your subscription within 14 daysof subscribing, without giving any reason (“Right of Withdrawal”), under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and/or the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
At checkout, you are asked to:
- Expressly request that NolaBloom begin providing the Service immediately (starting with your 3-day trial); and
- Acknowledge that if you exercise your Right of Withdrawal after the Service has started but before the 14-day period ends, you will be charged a proportionate amount for the part of the Service already supplied up to the moment you notify us of withdrawal, calculated based on the total contract price (i.e., based on $19.99/month).
To exercise your Right of Withdrawal: contact support@nolabloom.com within 14 days of your initial subscription (the date of your $9.99 trial payment), clearly stating that you wish to withdraw. We will refund any amount paid in excess of the proportionate amount owed for the Service supplied up to that point, generally within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request.
If you do not exercise your Right of Withdrawal within 14 days, your subscription continues under Section 2 above (no refund for amounts already charged beyond the proportionate amount described).
4. How to Cancel
Cancel anytime via your account settings or by contacting support@nolabloom.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again.
5. How to Request a Refund
Email support@nolabloom.com with the email address used for your account, the reason for your request, and (for EU/UK withdrawal requests) the date of your initial payment. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us at support@nolabloom.com before filing a chargeback with your bank. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may result in suspension of your account while the dispute is reviewed.
